One of Europe’s Largest Flight School, FTEJerez, is Hiring for Several Vacant Positions (Head of Multi-Crew, Instructors and Engineers)

FTEJerez, one of the leading flight training organisations in Europe, located in Spain, specialising in ab initio ATPL training programmes for aspiring pilots and airline cadets alike, is hiring for the following vacancies:

  • Simulator Instructor

Qualifications:

    • Holds or have held an EASA FI(A) Rating.
    • Holds an EASA SFI(A) or TRI(A).
  • ATC Instructor

Qualifications:

    • European ATC Licence issued in accordance with 2015/340 Regulation.
    • Candidates must hold one or more of the following ratings and must have done so for at least 2 years: ADI/ADV, APP, APS, ACP & ACS.
    • ICAO English Level 5.
    • Holding an Instructor and/or Assessor Rating would be desirable, although FTEJerez could provide these ratings to the successful candidates.
    • Minimum 2 years experience in the holding rating.
  • ATC-Pseudopilot

 

  • Head of Multi-Crew Training

Qualifications:

    • Ideally the successful candidate will be a current or recently retired Airline pilot with extensive training experience in an airline environment and will hold an EASA TRI or SFI qualification.
    • In addition, it would be advantageous if you  hold, or have held, a Flight Instructor (A) rating.
    • Non-native English speaking instructors must hold a valid ICAO  qualification at level 5 or 6.
  • Ground Instructor (ATPL)

Qualifications:

    • Experienced ground instructors required to teach any of the 14 ATPL Theoretical Knowledge subjects.
    • Applicants should have considerable experience in teaching.
    • Previous experience in commercial or military aviation and knowledge of the EASA/JAR ATPL syllabus would be an advantage.
    • This is an opportunity for experienced former air crew or ground crew to deliver multimedia based instruction to ab-initio commercial pilots.
    • We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise or a good knowledge of the subjects above and ideally the successful applicant should have experience in the planning and delivery of theoretical knowledge instruction to students who have little or no knowledge of the aviation industry. However, training can be given to an applicant who demonstrates flexibility and keen willingness to learn new skills.
    • All instruction is given in English and therefore a high level of written and spoken English is required.
  • Ground Instructor (ATC)

Qualifications:

    • Applicants should have considerable experience in teaching.
    • Previous experience in commercial or military aviation as Pilot or Controller and knowledge of the EASA ATCO Training syllabus would be an advantage.
    • This is an opportunity for experienced former air crew or ground crew to deliver multimedia based instruction to ab-initio Air Traffic Controllers.
    • We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise or a good knowledge of the subject matters included in the regulation 340/2015 and ideally the successful applicant should have experience in the planning and delivery of theoretical knowledge instruction to students who have little or no knowledge of the aviation industry. However, training can be given to an applicant who demonstrates flexibility and keen willingness to learn new skills.
    • All instruction is given in English and therefore a high level of written and spoken English is required.
    • Proven ability in Microsoft package and computers.
  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Qualifications:

    • 5 years’ experience in General Aviation
    • EASA Part 66 B1.2 or B3 license
    • Piper and Diamond aircraft experience desirable
    • High level of technical English desirable
    • Hardworking, self-motivated and team worker
