Spain based flight school FTEJerez is currently hiring a Head of Multi-Crew pilot training to manage their Simulator Department, responsible for ensuring the highest standard of syllabus design/development and the delivery of training for MCC, JOC, MPL and Type Rating courses. FTEJerez has an enviable reputation amongst our partner airlines for producing the highest quality trained pilots who are able to immediately undertake type training and fill first officer posts in modern airliners.

All instruction is delivered in English although we have a number of nationalities amongst our present staff. We provide an excellent support system for successful applicants moving to Spain including translation and relocation allowance.

Minimum Requirements

Ideally the successful candidate will be a current or recently retired Airline pilot with extensive training experience in an airline environment and will hold an EASA TRI or SFI qualification. In addition, it would be advantageous if you hold, or have held, a Flight Instructor (A) rating. Non-native English speaking instructors must hold a valid ICAO qualification at level 5 or 6.”
