European Flight School Welcomes Another Full Class of Aspiring Pilots Assessed by Oslo-based Human Resources Services

OSM Aviation Academy shared it has welcomed another class of candidates enrolling in its enhanced Airline Ready Program. These candidates were assessed by Aon Assessment Norge (formerly cut-e) which is owned by the consulting company Aon.

On the other hand, another two (2) courses worth of highly skilled students and instructors move on to Type Rating Courses with OSM’s Partner Airlines – Norse Atlantic Airways and Norwegian in 2024.

OSM’s Airline Ready program empowers Evidence Based Training (EBT) and fully integrates the Competancy Based Training & Assessment (CBTA) principles all the way through to their Type Rating Programs on the B777 – B787 and soon B737.
