Padpilot Announces New Ground School Partner in Andorra

Padpilot, a leading publisher of digital pilot training materials, has welcomed Andorra Aviation Academy (AAA) as its news ground school partner.

Founded in 2015 at the University of Andorra, AAA offers a university-based, professional flight training environment with a ‘mindful training’ philosophy. Based on university research in pilot and complex environment training, this teaching method allows students to cope with complex and unexpected situations in preparation for their future career.

Their 18-month fast track EASA training programme and Master of Aviation degree focuses on safety, quality, standardisation, and performance and, in addition, develops pilot competencies around critical-thinking, decision-making in complex environments, leadership and communication.
