USA & Taiwan – Hillsboro Aero Academy is hosting an in‑person seminar in Taipei on 29 January 2026 for aspiring pilots to discuss flight training pathways in the United States, including visa requirements (for M1 and F1 visa), program timelines, and application guidance.

Hillsboro Aero Academy (HAA) is one of the United States’ largest professional pilot training providers for both fixed-wing and rotorcraft and recently has renewed its International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) Stage 3 Safety Certification.

Day 2 of the event, Thursday 29th of January will feature a roundtable for flight training.

Prospective applicants can prequalify for the 15‑month FAA Part 147 program to begin their training.

  • New Pilot Students at EVB: December also saw the arrival of new flight students at Epic’s New Smyrna Beach (KEVB) campus, alongside intakes across other locations as part of ongoing pilot training enrolments.

  • Airline Career Seminars: Epic reinforced industry connections with airline partner visits last month, including Laurie Elliott from United Aviate engaging with pilots and mechanics at multiple campuses and representatives from Mesa Airlines sharing career pathways at the Tucson location.
