USA – Boeing has announced plans to increase its B737 MAX production rate from 42 to 47 aircraft per month by the second quarter of 2026, according to its B737 Program Vice President Katherine Ringgold.

The current 42-per-month production rate was approved by the FAA in October 2025and reflects stable supplier performance and elevated inventory buffers.
- A fourth assembly line and diversified supply chains are planned to support the 2026 production ramp-up.
