CAE is Seeking Candidates for Assistant Flight Instructor Roles at Indian FTO in November 2025
India – CAE is seeking Assistant Flight Instructors / CPL holders (freshers or experienced) for its training programs at its flight training facility in India: CAE Gondia. The recruitment drive aims to strengthen the academy’s instructor team to support growing cadet intakes and uphold the CAE Global Academy’s international standards in ab initio training.
- The Assistant Flight Instructor role involves delivering high-quality flight, simulator, and ground instruction while ensuring strict adherence to CAE Global Academy (CGA) training and safety standards, as well as Indian Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regulations.
- Candidates are expected to “teach by example” by modeling professional and safety-conscious behavior, and to take an active role in monitoring student progress and maintaining training records.
- Applicants must hold a valid CPL with a Flight Instructor/Assistant Flight Instructor rating, and an endorsement on the Diamond DA40.
- The role includes conducting both practical and simulator training, supporting examinations, attending instructor standardization sessions, and contributing to safety and quality improvements across the academy.
