  • The Chief Flight Instructor will deliver flight and/or simulator instruction in accordance with EASA regulations, approved Training Manuals, and internal CEA policies.
  • The role includes responsibility for student scheduling, training oversight, record accuracy, safety programme adherence, and close coordination with the Head of Training (HoT).
  • The position is offered on a full-time basis with immediate availability and is aimed at experienced instructors capable of leading instructional delivery and standardisation activities.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an EASA Flight Instructor Certificate
  • Must hold a current CPL (A)
  • Must hold a current Airplane Single Engine Land (valid)
  • May hold a current Instrument Rating (RI) and Multi-Engine (ME) ratings (optional)
  • Must hold a current EASA Medical Certificate I
  • May hold superior education / College degree in Aviation and / or management
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have basic Computer’s skills (MS-Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must hold valid Driving License (Category B, EU)
  • Must be able to successfully meet all Airport and other clearance requirements, as requested
  • Must be able to successfully pass drug and alcohol testing program, if required
