Lodz, Poland based Bartolini Air is offering a flight instructor career enhancement programme. In this program, the flight school offers flight instructors a clear and well defined career path from the very start as a PPL SEP only instructor all the way to IR ME and APS MSS + UPRT. This is done by offering chances to gain higher ratings at no cost and later by advancing instructors to fly on the charter jets operated by the group.

“This keep instructors motivated while offering them an exciting career path that culminates in what is the main objective of most people when starting pilot training, a jet job. This has been very successful, and since its implementation, Bartolini Air has seen a marked decrease in instructor attrition, while being able to retain years of experience and know-how in house.” shared Bartolini Air.

In addition to being an airline pilot training centre, since 2021 Bartolini Air has been operating a charter fleet of executive jets. Bartłomiej Walas and Adam Stawczyk — the founders of Bartolini Air — always wanted to offer a way forward for their best and most dedicated graduates. And thus, several former students and current instructors — who have learned to fly with Bartolini Air starting from the ground up — are already working in the cockpits of the group’s Cessna Citation jets.
