• The A320 Guidance Management Trainer (GMT) is a compact, high-fidelity training solution designed to improve cadet and low-hour First Officer proficiency in automation, flight guidance, and energy management — areas often cited as performance gaps following type rating training.

• Through repeatable, scenario-based exercises and AI-powered feedback, the GMT builds a pilot’s mental model and decision-making logic, helping users achieve confidence and consistency in complex flight phases.

• The system integrates VR and tablet-based procedure trainers, allowing ATOs and airlines to deliver blended-learning environments that extend beyond the simulator bay and directly into operational readiness.

• The GMT is being positioned as a cost-effective and scalable alternative to full-flight simulators, enabling airlines and training organizations to reduce type rating transition time and overall training costs while improving pilot performance outcomes.

• Propair Flight’s collaboration with AXIS Flight Training Systems, a well-established Austrian simulator manufacturer, ensures robust hardware integration, data accuracy, and training reliability consistent with EASA standards.
