Royal Jordanian Air Academy Announces 2025 Appointment for Operational Excellence and SMS Manager
Jordan – flight training organisation Royal Jordanian Air Academy (RJAA) has appointed Captain Riyad Al‑Adayleh as Operational Excellence and SMS Manager as part of the institution’s broader transformation strategy to reaffirm its legacy as the “Home of Aviators”.

RJAA’s transformation plan is designed to reinforce its position as a leading aviation‑training institution with high operational standards and excellence since its 1966 founding.

In his new role, Captain Al‑Adayleh will lead the development and launch of RJAA’s new Integrated Operational Center (IOC), designed to centralise and optimise the academy’s operations across training, safety management and quality assurance.

His appointment is positioned as pivotal to “transforming RJAA operational excellence” and raising the academy’s safety, standards and performance to “another level”.
