Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – flyadeal is seeking a Head of Training to oversee its pilot and cabin crew training programs. The role involves ensuring compliance with GACAR regulations, managing training resources, and aligning training activities with organizational goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of aviation experience, including 5 years as a Pilot in Command (PIC) on the A320 or equivalent Airbus aircraft
• Valid A320 PIC Certified License
• Proven experience in training or instructor roles

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for pilots and cabin crew in alignment with company goals and GACAR regulations
• Manage a team of certified flight instructors, simulator instructors, and check pilots
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Oversee the effectiveness and performance of training programs
• Maintain and update training materials and methodologies
• Develop line training and checking programs for pilots and cabin crew
• Collaborate with internal departments to align training needs with organizational objectives
• Manage the training department’s budget and resource allocation
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities
