Jeddah, Saudi Arabia –flyadeal is seeking a Head of Training to oversee its pilot and cabin crew training programs. The role involves ensuring compliance with GACAR regulations, managing training resources, and aligning training activities with organizational goals.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 10 years of aviation experience, including 5 years as a Pilot in Command (PIC) on the A320 or equivalent Airbus aircraftValid A320 PIC Certified LicenseProven experience in training or instructor roles

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programs for pilots and cabin crew in alignment with company goals and GACAR regulationsManage a team of certified flight instructors, simulator instructors, and check pilotsEnsure compliance with safety standards and operational proceduresOversee the effectiveness and performance of training programsMaintain and update training materials and methodologiesDevelop line training and checking programs for pilots and cabin crewCollaborate with internal departments to align training needs with organizational objectivesManage the training department’s budget and resource allocationPrepare reports for management and regulatory authorities
