France – Simaero, a global operator of full-flight simulator pilot training centers, has announced the appointment of Marion Baudru as Marketing, Communications, and Customer Experience Director.

The new executive role aligns with Simaero’s broader transformation and global expansion strategy, integrating customer experience into its core business operations to strengthen relationships with airlines, training partners, and pilot communities worldwide.

Marion joined Simaero three years ago to establish and lead its Marketing & Communications department, playing a key role in positioning the company as one of the world’s leading independent pilot training organizations.
- Before joining Simaero, Marion worked at TBWA Group as Account Director, managing international accounts for Air France, LVMH, and SNCF, and later contributed to the launch of a digital insurance startup. Her extensive background in brand strategy and innovation will support Simaero’s ongoing transformation and focus on operational excellence.
