Simulator Training Center Management Software SIMORG Seeking to Hire Sales Executive in 2024

GDA is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive and boost the success of their aviation training portfolio software, Simorg, while foster the current customer relationships.
Simorg is the leading SaaS product within GDA’s aviation training portfolio which has achieved broad market acceptance and recognition. It is a comprehensive, tech-forward digital solution designed to streamline and enhance aviation training operations. Simorg is trusted by a wide range of major flag carrier airlines and independent simulator centers globally.
Job Description
- Accountable for all outbound all commercial activities of Simorg to international accounts in aviation industry.
- Develop a portfolio of potential clients by generating leads at the decision-maker level.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial commitments, proposals and agreements.
- Craft and manage all aspects of RFP/RFI documentation received from prospect customers.
- Enthusiastic to build and maintain a strong knowledge of the software.
- Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations that showcase the software’s key features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain necessary sales materials, co-working with correspondent departments such as product management and corporate communication.
- Collaborate with corporate communication teams and involves in marketing meetings to successfully align communication strategy to active sales campaigns, serving to a corporate integral marketing plan.
- During outbound commercial operations, identify and contact prospects that fit the target, participate international networking events, exhibitions and business meetings.
- We offer comprehensive continuous hands-on trainings for new team members, addressing both business and technological aspects needed to excel in the role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Political Science or any other relevant aviation related departments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international B2B sales preferably in aviation or software related portfolios.
- Self-starter and creative, able to develop new /existing client engagements though the whole sales cycle.
- Empathetic and accountable.
- Strong communication skills in all forms – written, oral, email, software demos, presentation.
- Attention to detail. We believe there is no way to reach any goal without being detail-oriented.
- We offer a free speech, flat work environment, so self-confidence and ability to work independently is a must.
- Business fluency in English is required. Any additional language is a strong plus.
- Familiar with different sales promotion techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Suite (Office, Teams, Sharepoint) and Appointlet, etc.
- Open to use any and all kinds of tech-oriented sales tools available.
- Prior experience or curiosity in aviation industry is a high preference.
