Job Description

Accountable for alloutboundallcommercialactivitiesofSimorgtointernationalaccounts inaviation industry.Develop a portfolio of potential clients by generating leads at the decision-maker level.Negotiate and finalize commercial commitments, proposals and agreements.Craft and manage all aspects ofRFP/RFIdocumentationreceived from prospect customers.Enthusiastic to build and maintaina strong knowledge of thesoftware.Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations that showcase the software’s key features and benefits.Develop and maintainnecessarysales materials,co-working with correspondent departments such asproduct managementandcorporatecommunication.Collaboratewithcorporatecommunicationteams and involves inmarketingmeetingsto successfullyalign communication strategy to active sales campaigns, serving to a corporate integral marketing plan.During outboundcommercialoperations, identifyand contactprospects that fit the target,participateinternational networking events,exhibitionsand business meetings.We offer comprehensive continuous hands-on trainings for new team members, addressing both business and technological aspects needed to excel in the role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Engineering,Economics, Political Scienceorany other relevantaviation related departments.Minimum3yearsof experience ininternationalB2Bsalespreferablyinaviation orsoftwarerelatedportfolios.Self-starter and creative,able to develop new /existing client engagements though thewholesales cycle.Empathetic and accountable.Strong communication skills in all forms – written, oral, email,software demos,presentation.Attention to detail. We believe there is no way to reach any goalwithout beingdetail-oriented.We offer a free speech,flat work environment, so self-confidence andability to work independently is a must.Business fluencyin Englishisrequired. Any additional language is a strong plus.Familiar withdifferentsales promotion techniques.Basic knowledge ofSalesforce (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Suite (Office, Teams,Sharepoint) andAppointlet, etc.Open to useany and allkinds oftech-orientedsales tools available.Prior experience or curiosity inaviation industryis a highpreference.
