The PTC Advance™ programme offers a fast-track, managed pathway to an A320 / B737 type rating, employment at PTC as an advanced instructor (with a SACAA pilot instructor endorsement for the relevant type) and thereafter the opportunity to join one of their partner A320 / B737 operators.
