Spain-based Flight Training Organiastion Quality Fly’s Managing Director Shares Growth Metrics While Transitioning to Board Position

Quality Fly, Madrid, Spain-based flight school’s Managing Director Juan Cervero, revealed his departure from the managing director role, remaining as a Board Member, following six years of growth.

Reflecting on his tenure, Juan expressed immense pride in the growth and achievements witnessed during his time steering Quality Fly. Under his leadership:

Team expanded from 10 to approximately 35 colleaguesIncrease in yearly turnover from 0.6 to 3.6 million EurosAssets surged from 0.15 to 2.5 million Euros, boasting 13 new generation aircraft and 2 simulatorsStudent enrollment grew from 12 to 70 integrated students
