Spain’s Flight School, FlyBy, is Looking to Hire Numerous Instructors Including Chief Flight Instructor and UPRT Flight Instructor

Burgos, Spain headquartered Flight School – FlyBy Aviation Academy is looking for a Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) and a UPRT Flight Instructor (FI). Please see an extract of the job post below.

Chief Flight Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Flight plan is executed appropriately.
• Manage students individual progress in their flight training.
• Implement the procedures of the flight training with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ensure that all regulatory documentation is properly maintained.
• Supervise flight training records are registered and stored appropriately.
• Lead the response, together with the Head of Training and the Safety Manager, any incident during flight training.

Technical requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Hold qualifications to conduct ATPL, FI, UPRT, etc training.
• Minimum flight hours: 1.000 PIC & 500 Instruction.
• Advanced professional level in English. Spanish preferred.

UPRT Flight Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Safety first, always!
• Lead and motivate a team of talented individuals.
• Customer focus.
• Nurture students in their first steps into their career in aviation.
• Conduct UPRT training.

Technical requirements:

• EASA ATPL and UPRT FI certificate is essential.
• Experience with American Champion Super-decathlon strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced professional level in English. Spanish preferred.”
