06th Dec 2022

World Aviation, located at the Cuatro Vientos Airport, held a presentation ceremony of a small plane labeled with the ‘Aviation Without Borders’ logo took place. This is part of the project for which the company and the association have come together: to offer the experiences of initiation flights by helicopter and initiation flight by plane for people belonging to different associations. Specifically, this initiative is called ‘Alas de la Sonrisa’, among the many projects carried out by the association.

The model chosen to carry this label is a 4-seater Cessna C172N, a light aircraft that is used for different types of activities, such as outreach flights, journeys and visual flights.

The event was inaugurated by Alberto Delgado , CEO of World Aviation, who dedicated a few words ” for me this is the beginning of something with a long history, we do it only because we want to help “, he continued saying ” there are people who are enjoying this, who otherwise they would not have had access. We want to give you wings ”.

Gorka Imizcoz, president of Aviación Sin Fronteras, commented ” we are very excited to be here today, if we are going to release Wings of Smile somewhere, it will be on a plane like this one,” he concluded.
