US based Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, one of the largest US Aircraft Maintenance and Pilot Trainers, is looking to hire a Community Outreach Manager for its Broomfield Campus who is excited to start networking with local High School’s and Businesses to share the great opportunities Spartan has to offer future students.

Summary

The Community Outreach Manager is responsible for generating prospective inquires from the community and high school markets for prospective enrollments and starts.

Essential FunctionsNetwork, build and develop professional community and high school relationships to elevate the brand and increase consideration through presentations and full-service visitsDevelop marketing plans for assigned territories and make changes as appropriate to execute plansProvides interactive and highly energetic approved presentations to high school students in a classroom settingConduct informational presentations to all levels of educators in high schools and other community agencies/educational institutions to encourage personnel to recommend as a post-secondary choiceParticipate in civic affairs, community, and educational organizations to promote a positive image and to build community relationshipsApply different methods of scheduling perspective students: in-person, phone, email, or referralas deemed appropriatePerforms duties such as attending college and community fairs and other related events which may include setting up booths, displays, video equipment, and promotional materials to discuss program offerings with prospective students visiting these eventsProvide excellent customer services to all prospective and enrolled students, educators, and community partnersMaintain excellent working relationships with all campus staff to include admissions personnel and leadershipPrepare tenit01y, daily and weekly reports, as well as all other required paperwork, requestedContinually nurture relationships between teachers, counselors, administrators, and community partnersAssist campus in the matriculation of potential students by participating in campus-based initiatives and events as neededUphold the school, its programs, students, and employees in the highest regardFully comply with the Admissions Policy and Procedure and policies of regulatory bodiesThis is a flexible position. The ability to work early mornings, some evenings and weekends may be requiredCompletes other projects and duties as assigned
