Back in January 2024 GOL Linhas Aéreas, one of the largest airlines in Brazil and a leading carrier in South America, has selected Qualtero’s Fox Training Management System to enhance its operational efficiency. Gol Airline’s Corporate University, “Academia de Águias”, also took part in the selection process, and will also be benefiting from Fox’s rich set of training management capabilities.

The collaboration is set to revolutionize Gol Airlines’ operations, focusing on key areas of qualification management, grading for pilots and cabin crew, and training scheduling optimization using Fox’s patented optimization engine. Fox will serve as an enterprise compliance management solution, aligning with Gol Airlines’ commitment to excellence across all employee levels.

Qualtero is now excited to announce the successful commencement of the second and final phase of GOL Airlines’ onboarding project with the former. This crucial workshop focused on the key aspects of Qualification Management, Evaluation (Grading), Notifications, and out-of-the-box reports.

Qualtero’s participants were divided into two main groups: Pilots and Academic. The Academic group comprises various essential operators including Flight Attendants, Ground Handling, Maintenance, Security, Dispatchers, Cargo, Work Safety, and Corporate teams. This workshop marks a significant milestone in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of GOL’s training and operational processes. Qualtero aims to streamline training, reduce errors, and ensure that all personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
