UK Airline Doubles Referral Bonus in an Attempt to Speed Up Hiring

British Airways has doubled its referral bonus from GBP500 to GBP1000 for employees who convince friends or family to join the airline in key roles which includes cabin crew, ground operations agent, and transport service agents. The GBP1000 is a match to the sign-on bonus for new hires who pass the recruitment process.

The carrier said it is currently in its biggest recruitment campaigns ever held!

In order to cater to demand – British Airways has announced ‘wet-lease’ arrangements with the likes of Finnair, Iberia Express, Vueling and Titan.
