Leading Edge Aviation are thrilled to announce that the six successful candidates have been offered the opportunity of a Fully Funded LEAP integrated ATPL and Flight Instructor course followed by guaranteed employment with Leading Edge Aviation as a Flight Instructor. This opportunity is a significant milestone in their aviation careers, and Leading Edge Aviation is proud to support their dreams.

We received an overwhelming response, and it was a tough decision to select the six successful candidates” said Andy McFarlane CEO.  “We were impressed with the passion, dedication, and talent demonstrated by all the applicants and we hope that for those who were not successful, this has been a positive learning experience which will help them to continue towards their ambition to become a pilot.” 

The successful candidates will begin their training worth in excess of £115,000 in April and July across Leading Edge’s Oxford and Alhama campuses. After completing pilot training and gaining their Commercial Pilot Licence, the graduates will undertake Flight Instructor training and take up a salaried post within the Leading Edge Aviation Flight Instructor team for a minimum of two years.

This programme is a significant investment by Leading Edge Aviation and demonstrates its commitment to the aviation industry’s future by providing opportunities for aspiring pilots and instructors. Leading Edge Aviation believes that supporting the next generation of aviation professionals is essential to the industry’s need for more pilots to support growth and development.
