United Kingdom – headquartered pilot training group Leading Edge Aviation, which operates flight training bases in the UK and Spain, highlighted the strength of its  2025 A320 APS MCC simulator program – marking its 100th APS MCC course delivery.

• Across 2025, over 110 students completed the APS MCC course delivered on Leading Edge Aviation’s advanced Airbus A320 simulator

• The overall pass rate reached an exceptional 98 %, indicating high instructional standards and trainee preparedness relative to CAA and EASA ATPL requirements.

• The year saw the graduation of the programme’s first ever “Wings for Warriors” veteran cohort,

• Leading Edge Aviation’s tailored APS MCC syllabus was developed in collaboration with experienced A320 pilots and is specifically designed to ensure that trainees not only meet—but exceed—regulatory ATPL standards for multi‑crew cooperation and airline procedure proficiency.
