UK’s Saxon Air Announces Partnership with Resilient Pilot

United Kingdom — Saxon Air has partnered with Resilient Pilot to support the launch of a UK CAA-approved ATPL(A) Theory / KSA 100 Programme, aimed at preparing the next generation of airline pilots through a modern, scenario-based and mentor-led approach.

  • The program is run by Resilient Pilot, a UK CAA-approved training organisation, and supported by Saxon Air.

  • It covers 14 subjects across three modules over 12 months, including 15 days of in-person brush-up sessions.

  • Delivered by current operational airline pilots, the course integrates:

    • PadPilot theory content

    • Scenario-based training

    • Mentoring, coaching, and an online support forum

  • Includes access to Resilience Deck, the industry’s first app for pilot competency and human factors development.

  • Designed around KSA 100 (Knowledge, Skills & Attitudes), embedding operational mindset from the start.

  • Limiting the intake to 10–15 individuals
