Republic Airways’ Leadership In Flight Training (LIFT) Academy celebrates 5 years of flight training. LIFT Academy, currently operating from two flight training locations, was founded by Republic Airways to address the national pilot shortage, creating a pathway program that trains students specifically for a rewarding career as a commercial airline pilot.
