Texas, USA – US Aviation Academy (USAA), one of the largest aviation and pilot training organizations in North America operating over 200 aircraft, has announced a new strategic partnership with Avelo Airlines to launch a Preferred Hiring Pathway Program designed to accelerate career opportunities for aspiring pilots, aircraft mechanics, and dispatchers.

• The program offers US Aviation Academy students direct access to Avelo Airlines’ recruitment pipeline, mentorship, and advancement opportunities, strengthening the connection between training and employment.

• Avelo will conduct on-campus recruitment and marketing activities across USAA’s nationwide campuses.

• Qualified students may pursue careers as pilots, aircraft mechanics, or dispatchers, provided they meet Avelo’s professional and operational standards.

• US Aviation Academy will also provide advanced training options, including Jet Transition and ATP/CTP certification courses, to ensure graduates are fully prepared for airline operations.

• Participation does not guarantee employment but establishes a structured pathway for top-performing graduates to secure interviews with Avelo Airlines.
