Kissimmee, Florida – AeroStar Training Services, a US-based pilot training organisation and full flight simulator training center, is seeking a Simulator Technician Manager to support Airbus A320 and Boeing 737NG full-flight simulators.

This role involves leading a team, troubleshooting complex system issues, and ensuring simulator readiness while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor simulator technicians and subcontractors
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Full Flight Simulators
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues beyond standard manuals
• Conduct quality control inspections and maintain technical documentation
• Monitor and track repair status and inventory management
• Support networking and information systems related to training devices
• Interpret mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic schematics

Candidate Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Full Flight Simulator maintenance
• Previous experience maintaining aviation simulators (motion-based preferred)
• Strong computer and networking skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents
• Self-motivated leader with strong problem-solving skills
• Willing to work flexible shifts and overtime when required
• Ability to lift 40 lbs overhead and perform physical tasks in a simulator environment

Compensation & Benefits
