Epic Flight Academy and FEAM Aero announced a groundbreaking ceremony for a new aircraft mechanic training facility at Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky (CVG) Airport on April 17, 2023. The building will consist of approximately 15,336sf of hangar/training area and 16,954sf of classrooms, a library, break rooms/cafeteria as well as 6 private offices. The parking lot will have 278 parking spaces for students and staff. The hangar will have direct access to CVG taxiways for easy aircraft access directly to the airport.

Construction has already begun with the goal of being completed before December 01, 2023.
