US Flight School Sees Increased Number of Students

Jim Doane, owner and flight instructor of Costa Air Services, a flight school in Steuben County, spoke with News Channel WENY NEWS, sharing that they are seeing an influx of aviation students amidst the looming pilot shortage across the country.

“The airlines are opening their search parameters to try to find more folks that are in school so that they can recruit them early,” Doane told WENY NEWS.
