US Flight School Skyborne Profiles United Airlines Aviate Program in Accessibility Drive
Skyborne is continuing its commitment to ensuring an accessible pathway to becoming an airline pilot through its release of a video discussion with two members of the United Airlines Aviate Program.
Filmed onboard a Bombardier CRJ-550 jet, Will Crowther, a Skyborne trainee interviews two highly experienced aviation professionals from United to show prospective trainees how they can access the Aviate program, what the job entails and the qualities the airline looks for in its applicants.
United also stresses the importance of partners such as Skyborne providing a route into such a rewarding career. Skyborne’s determination to offer training at its Vero Beach base to the broadest possible range of applicants is long standing. Over recent months, the Academy has partnered with two of America’s leading financial organizations – Sallie Mae and Meritize – to offer trainees accessible means to find their flight training costs.
