US Regional Airline Now Offers $130,000 Sign-On Bonus for Direct Entry Captains

GoJet Airlines announced a $130,000 Sign-On Bonus for Direct Entry Captains. The airline also offers $30,000 as a 2-year Bonus and another $30,000 as a 3-year Bonus.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​This unique program allows experienced pilots to join GoJet as Captain, rather than First Officer. This program is ideal for First Officers at other regionals who meet Captain requirements but are facing long upgrade times. ​

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 23 years old
  • FAA Multi-Engine Airline Transport Pilot’s Certificate
  • Minimum Flight Experience:
    • 1,750 hours, of which 100% must be fixed wing​
    • 1,000 hours multi-engine time
    • 1,000 hours air carrier experience
    • 1,000 hours turbine time

CAPTAIN PAY

  • Starting Pay: $102.50 per flight hour
  • Per Diem: $1.90
  • 100% Cancellation Pay
  • Minimum Guarantee: 75 hours per month 

LONGEVITY MATCH PROGRAM

Carryover up to 18 years of longevity from another carrier at a rate of 1:1 (for example, a pilot with four years of experience at another carrier would start at GoJet with four years of longevity)

EARLY SENIORITY PROGRAM

Earn up to 6 months of Seniority! New-Hire Direct Entry Captains can accrue up to 180 days of seniority with GoJet Airlines. Complete Day 1 of Indoctrination to reserve your seniority and go on leave for up to 6 months.
