VR Pilot Training Solution Developer, Visionary Training Resources, Announces Leadership Addition

United States based Visionary Training Resources (VTR), a virtual reality software design company co-founded by experienced airline captains who are dedicated to improving pilot training, announced that Jeff Pierce took on the role of Chief Operating Officer from January 1, 2023, after serving for several months in an acting position. 

Jeff Pierce joined VTR in October 2021 as a general consultant and quickly immersed himself into all aspects of VTR’s operations. With a background in communications and entertainment, Jeff served in various communication roles for his airline’s pilot union during intense contract negotiations. He designed innovative methods and strategies that are used throughout the industry to this day.  Jeff Pierce is a Boeing 777 Captain, Evaluator, Line Check Airman, and FAA designee for a major airline. He has spent the majority of his 30-year career training pilots as well as designing curriculum and training materials.
