Smartwings: Collaboration since 2003, delivering ATPL and CPL programmes to one of the Czech Republic’s largest charter and scheduled airlines.

Sichuan Airlines: Partnership began in 2017 for Integrated ATPL training of Chinese cadets.

Shandong Airlines: Since 2019, F AIR has provided Integrated ATPL programmes to this major Chinese domestic carrier.

FTEJerez Celebrates First British Airways Cadets Completing IR Skill Test at New Oxford, UK Base
Spain & United Kingdom – FTEJerez has announced that its first cohort of British Airways Speedbird cadets (six in total) have successfully passed their Instrument Rating (IR) skill tests at FTEJerez’s newly launched London‑Oxford base — achieving a 100 % pass rate.
- The success underscores the promise of the newly established UK training base, which FTEJerez inaugurated in mid‑2025. The Oxford base is intended to support BA cadets and self‑sponsored trainees pursuing a UK or dual (EASA/UK) licence.
- British Airways’ Speedbird Pilot Academy is its fully funded cadet programme launched to lower financial barriers to pilot training. It covers the full cost of training for successful applicants.
- Over 50 cadets are currently undergoing integrated pilot training at FTEJerez under the fully funded scheme.

The Manager – Crew Training will oversee flight crew training programmes including Simulator, SEP, CRM, Human Factors, and Safety & Survival training.

The role involves strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and standardisation of training methodologies across hubs.

Key responsibilities include managing instructor performance, pilot qualification processes, and continuous improvement of training facilities, systems, and manuals (OM-D).

The position requires a current ATPL and type rating on the Airbus A320, with at least two years of experience as a check airman or examiner.

Preference is given to Saudi national candidates in line with localisation efforts in KSA.
-
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Flight Operations and liaise with HR, QA, and external regulators and training vendors.

Air Arabia is prioritising Saudi nationals holding a current A320 type rating and a valid GACA license.
