Czech Flight School F AIR Highlights its Airline Partnership Experience

Czech Republic – F AIR, one of Central Europe’s largest flight training organisations, has highlighted its airline training partnerships at the Pilot Career Day 2025 at Vietjet Aviation Academy:

  • Czech Airlines: F AIR has delivered ATPL training to the Czech national carrier since 1995, making it the company’s longest-standing partnership.

  • Smartwings: Collaboration since 2003, delivering ATPL and CPL programmes to one of the Czech Republic’s largest charter and scheduled airlines.

  • Sichuan Airlines: Partnership began in 2017 for Integrated ATPL training of Chinese cadets.

  • Shandong Airlines: Since 2019, F AIR has provided Integrated ATPL programmes to this major Chinese domestic carrier.

  • Air Arabia: F AIR has provided the Middle East low cost carrier with the core flying trainig phase of the Air Arabia MPL program

  • Vietnam Airlines and VietJet Air: Partnerships established in 2023 to deliver ATPL/CPL as well as MPL training to cadets from both the national and the low-cost carrier in Vietnam.

  • Qatar Airways: A new MPL programme commenced in 2025

  • Preference is given to Saudi national candidates in line with localisation efforts in KSA.

  • The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Flight Operations and liaise with HR, QA, and external regulators and training vendors.

Saudi Arabia – Low-cost carrier group Air Arabia has opened recruitment for A320 First Officers to be based in its new operations launching from Dammam.

  • Air Arabia is prioritising Saudi nationals holding a current A320 type rating and a valid GACA license.

  • Qualified non-Saudi nationals based in GCC countries will also be considered.

  • Minimum requirements include 750 flying hours on the Airbus A320 Family, a valid IR, Class 1 Medical, and English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
