Italy-based Aviomar Flight Academy Renews Partnership with European Airline Group for Cadet Program

Rome, Italy based Aviomar Flight Academy has officially announced the renewal of its partnership with Ryanair, reaffirming its position as a key player in pilot training for the European airline. This collaboration is part of the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy pilot training program, designed to guide cadets to a successful career as pilots with Ryanair.

Aviomar Flight Academy will now offer the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy Programme. This enhanced mentored flight training program features three unique gateways, providing opportunities for individuals, regardless of prior aviation experience, to earn a frozen ATPL license.

The Integrated Ab-initio and Modular Gateway 1 programs will now come with a conditional job offer from Ryanair upon enrolment. Additionally, candidates will receive a bonded B737 type rating as part of their training package, positioning them directly on the path to a career with Ryanair upon successful completion of the program.

In May 2024 Aviomar Flight Academy welcomed the latest cohort of aspiring pilots to the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy Ab-initio course.
