Spanish Flight Training Group FlyBy Announces Partnership with Italian Airline in 2024

FlyBy, a flight training group headquartered in Burgos, Spain, has announced a new pilot pathway partnership with Italian airline NEOS S.p.A. FlyBy formalized the partnership in October 2024 following a series of discussions between FlyBy’s Business Development Manager, Pavesi Pedro Carlos, and representatives from NEOS. As part of the collaboration, FlyBy will train pilots to meet NEOS’s qualification standards, preparing students for potential roles within the airline. The agreement opens the opportunity for selected FlyBy students to advance directly to co-pilot positions with NEOS on the Boeing 737 fleet.
