Denmark headquartered virtual reality pilot training solution provider VRpilot has announced that it has expanded its team with the additional of Martin Andresen, a newly graduated commercial pilot, who will use his expertise to advance procedure implementation.

Glen Ross, a virtual reality flight training subject matter expert who is also the Director of International Business of True Course Simulations, a virtual reality training device manufacturer, is set to give a presentation on the uses and benefits of Virtual Reality (VR) in flight training at this year’s New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority (NZ CAA) Flight Examiner Seminar in October.

“I’m particularly looking forward to being able to speak with NZ’s senior instructor/examiner cohort,” said Glen Ross. “To learn directly from them their experiences around the challenges facing flight training, and how they might envisage VR being used in training future pilots, if at all.”
