The Airbus Flight Ops, Training, and Fuel Efficiency team hosted more than 400 representatives from airlines around the globe at the Flight Ops, Training, and Fuel Efficiency Symposium 2024 in Paris.

Additionally, candidates will receive a bonded B737 type rating as part of their training package, positioning them directly on the path to a career with Ryanair upon successful completion of the program.
  • Over 80% of cadets enrolled in October’s Ryanair type rating courses are graduates of Ryanair’s training programmes.
  • Ryanair announced that in the future, the only pathway to join the airline as a cadet will be through the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy, with the “whitetail route” being phased out.
