Global Flight Training Group Airways Aviation Seeks VFR / IFR Flight Instructors for Its Montpellier Base in 2025

Global – Airways Aviation, one of the largest aviation and pilot training group’s in the world operating pilot training academies across Europe, the Middle East, Asia/Australia, India and Africa, has its Montpellier, France base is looking for full-time and part-time VFR / IFR Flight Instructors.

The Flight Instructors will be responsible for providing high-quality flight training to students, ensuring adherence to aviation safety protocols, conducting pre-flight and post-flight briefings, and evaluating student performance. Other tasks include maintaining detailed records of student progress, teaching both practical and theoretical aspects of aviation, and assisting in the development of training materials.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Aviation and Commercial Piloting
  • Instrument Rating and expertise in Flight Safety
  • Piloting skills and a commitment to maintaining safety standards
  • Effective communication and instructional skills
  • French Level 4 minimum for VFR instructors
  • English Level 5 is a preference
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent aviation experience is a plus
  • Previous teaching or training experience is an asset
  • Have the right to work in the EU
  • EASA qualified (ATPL and FI)
  • Able to start immediately
