Skyborne Appoints William Hulse as Group Head of Sales

United Kingdom – Skyborne, a global pilot training group operating training bases in Gloucestershire and Bournemouth in the United Kingdom and in Vero Beach, Florida in the United States, has appointed William Hulse as Group Head of Sales. The appointment strengthens the organisation’s commercial leadership as Skyborne continues to scale its transatlantic pilot training operations.

  • Hulse has progressed through multiple marketing and sales roles at Skyborne over nearly four years, including Marketing Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Manager UK, and most recently Group Head of Sales.

  • His previous responsibilities included introducing new training products, overhauling CRM processes using Salesforce, training the U.S. sales team, and leading UK-focused brand and event initiatives.

  • Hulse’s experience supporting both the UK and U.S. operations positions him to lead global sales strategy across Skyborne’s integrated training network, which delivers ab-initio airline-specific training programmes.

  • The academy has so far graduated over 360 pilots and currently employs around 81 staff, with further growth planned.

Global – F AIR, one of Central Europe’s largest integrated pilot-training groups, has engaged with global industry stakeholders across two major November events — the European Airline Training Symposium (EATS) 2025 in Lisbon and the Dubai Airshow 2025 — as part of its strategy to strengthen international partnerships and contribute to shaping future pilot-training standards.

  • At EATS 2025, held from 4–6 November, F AIR was represented by COO Filip Bartůněk and Head of Training Miroslav Srnec. The event convened regulators, training providers, airlines and OEMs to discuss evolving airline-training requirements, competency-based training models and the integration of advanced simulation solutions.

  • In parallel, F AIR also strengthened its global presence at the Dubai Airshow 2025, represented by Captain Miroslav Srnec and CCO Viliam Visokai. F AIR’s participation builds on its growing role in the Middle East, including its existing position as a flight-training partner to Air Arabia Academy’s Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) programme.
