This leadership role ensures compliance with aviation regulations, manages instructor teams, and maintains the highest training and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Training Oversight

  • Supervise and coordinate all simulator-based flight training programs
  • Ensure training syllabi, manuals, and lesson plans comply with UKCAA, EASA, and other regulatory requirements

Instructor Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage simulator instructors
