-
The implementation of MINT TMS follows extensive collaboration between ANA’s M&E and Digital Transformation teams and MINT Software Systems, including multiple workshops in Tokyo and a strategic visit to MINT’s headquarters in Kiel, Germany.

MINT TMS will enable ANA to centralize training and qualification management, automate manual processes, enhance resource planning, and offer mobile access for training stakeholders.

-
The agreement was signed shortly after the acquisition of MINT Software Systems by Comply365 in December 2025, aligning ANA with a growing ecosystem of aviation-focused digital platforms.
Statements
-
“Throughout our discussions and workshops, we have appreciated MINT’s professionalism and deep understanding of the aviation training domain,” said Akio Ito, VP Operation & Corporate Service Solutions, Digital Transformation at ANA. “We chose Swiss AS’s AMOS for maintenance and engineering work and for the HR area, we determined that MINT’s software is the best for ANA.”
-
“It has been a privilege for our team to work side-by-side with ANA during the onsite workshops in Tokyo. We are honored to support ANA in modernizing their Maintenance & Engineering training processes,” said Wolfgang Becker, CEO of MINT Middle East.
