UK Pilot Training Organisation Seeks Additional Flight Instructors in 2025 for Airline MPL Program

United Kingdom – IAGO Flight Training, in collaboration with TUI Airline Training Team, is expanding its instructor team to support its ongoing Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) program. The academy is inviting applications from qualified instructors to join its Oxford operations.

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Current SEP Class Rating and unrestricted Flight Instructor Rating
  • Minimum of 200 instructional hours and 500 total flying hours
  • Valid Class 1 Medical

Preferable (not essential)

  • Previous DA40 or DA42 experience
  • MPL instructional experience
  • Multi-crew airline experience (any type)

  • Epic employs 245 staff nationally, including 118 flight instructors, and prioritizes the recruitment of Epic-trained instructors to maintain instructional quality and consistency.

The company was founded in 1999 and provides FAA-approved flight training and aircraft mechanic training.
