Indian Flight School Awarded Best Pilot Training Institute in the Country

Orient Flights Aviation Academy was awarded the Best Pilot Training Institute at the 14th Annual International Conference on Civil Aviation held in Delhi. The award was handed over by Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, Hon’ble Minister of Civil Aviation, GOI.

Orient Flights Aviation Academy (OFAA) stands as one of the one of the best Pilot Training Institutions in India and is approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Orient Flying School (OFS) which is also by the same management has been successfully operating in Pondicherry since 1994 and during the past 28 years, has trained a large number of airline pilots to obtain their Commercial Pilot License (CPL).

The flight training at OFAA meets international standards, in accordance with regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India. Orient Flights Aviation Academy is a Unit of Orient Flights Private Limited, which is a part of the prestigious Hindustan Group of Institutions.

  • Prepare & Maintain Questions to the FSTC Question Bank

Requirement and Skills:

Applicant shall fulfill the following criteria:

  • A Ground Instructor having two years teaching experience with FTO/ Defence Aviation Training Organization/ Airports Authority of India Aviation training organization within last 10 years.
  • CGI in addition to teaching shall be responsible for the supervision of all ground instructors, standardization of all ground training, maintenance of training records and the programming of student ground examinations.

The approval of CGI shall be for a particular FTO, an approval will be issued in this regard.”
