FitsAir Flight Academy of FITS Aviation is looking for Assistant Flight Instructor/Ground Instructor

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current CPL/IR or frozen ATPL
  • Assistant Flight Instructor rating approved by CAASL
  • Class 1 medical from CAASL
  • Minimum age 21 years
  • Total flight experience 225hrs
  • Previous Instructional experience is added advantage.
  • C-152 experience 150hrs
  • C-172 rating is additional qualification
  • Must have a flight record free of any accident attributable to proficiently in handling any type of aircraft.
  • Knowledge of Aviation safety standards and practices.
  • Ability to work as both part time AFI and Ground Instructor
  • Exposure to Information Technology and fluency in English Language are essential requirements. Applicants with good inter-personal skills and ability to support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance will be at a distinct advantage.

ALSIM Won a Major Contract for the Design and Production of Three Flight Simulator Training Device (FSTD) Simulators

ALSIM has been awarded a contract by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) for the design and production of three Flight Simulator Training Device (FSTD) simulators of EASA Flight Navigation and Procedure Trainer (FNPT) Multi Crew Coordination (MCC) level II types for Single Aisle aircraft –Airbus family type in March 2021.

The Factory Acceptance will be performed in Nantes, France and the Installation/Commission at AAI in India (Three AAI Training Centres: CATC Prayagraj, HTC Hyderabad and NIATAM Gondia). The project includes three years warranty followed by another three years of Annual Maintenance Contract.

“Fly Jinnah” will initially be based in Karachi serving a range of domestic routes across Pakistan and then will expand its route network internationally. The new carrier will follow the low-cost business model and provide its customer base with a reliable operation and value-driven product.

Work on securing the Air Operating Certificate (AOC) – which allows the airline to start operating – will commence shortly. More details about the launch date, fleet, and destination network will be announced in due course.

According to IATA, the air transport industry, including airlines and its supply chain along with the tourism spend are estimated to support US$3.3 billion of GDP in Pakistan. In total, 1 percent of the country’s GDP is supported by inputs to the air transport sector and foreign tourists arriving by air.

Work Experience

  • Total 750 Hours of which Min 500 Hours on A320 after line release
  • Above mentioned experience should have been attained with a Scheduled Operator at the time of joining

Qualification

  • Current Rating on A320
  • Pilots to possess current Indian DGCA CPL or ATPL, FRTO, COP/RTR, IR, Class I Medical
  • Pilots should have ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English language to at least an ICAO level 4 standard
  • Licenses, Medical to be current for a minimum 03 months at the time of joining

Preferred

  • Candidates immediately available to join
  • Candidates holding a valid ATPL
  • No bond with the current operator/airline
