CAE Expands PC-24 FFS Training Infrastructure in the USA and Europe

USA & Austria – CAE will deploy two Pilatus PC-24 full-flight simulator (FFS)’s to its training center network in the first half of 2026.

  • One device will be deployed to its Lake Nona, Florida, USA training center
  • One device will be deployed to its brand new CAE Vienna, Austria training center

In addition the the PC-24 FFS – CAE will also be deploying a flight training device (FTD) for Pilatus Aircraft’s newest aircraft, the PC-12 PRO in the second half of 2025!

South Africa – Simaero celebrated the arrival of a new Embraer E190 full-flight simulator at its Johannesburg training center, further enhancing its capacity to serve as a premier hub for aviation training in Africa. The CAE level D device arrivedin May and is currently in installation process with a target RFT in the second half of 2025.

This follows another announcement in May that Simaero had added a Bombardier CRJ200/700 full flight simulator to its training center in Johannesburg and that the device has now obtained certification from the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA).
