India’s Pilot Training Facilitator TNC Aviation Seeking Head of Pilot Training – Ground School in 2025

Gurugram, India – One of India’s largest pilot training facilitators TNC Aviation is seeking to hire a Head of Pilot Training – Ground School to lead its pilot training program. The ideal candidate will be an Ex-Airline Pilot, ATPL Holder, or Ex-Defense Professional with strong experience in flight operations and pilot training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality ground school training for aspiring pilots
  • Guide students in exam preparation and career development
  • Monitor student progress and implement improvement strategies
  • Develop and update training materials in alignment with aviation regulations
  • Represent TNC Aviation at industry events, seminars, and webinars
  • Collaborate with airlines and aviation authorities to ensure training excellence
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, workshops, and outreach programs

Key Requirements

  • ATPL holder or Ex-Defense Pilot (preferred)
  • Extensive experience in pilot training, ground instruction, and flight operations
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, operational procedures, and training methodologies
  • Comfortable with technology-driven learning platforms
  • Willingness to travel for industry events and seminars
