India’s Pilot Training Facilitator TNC Aviation Seeking Head of Pilot Training – Ground School in 2025
Gurugram, India – One of India’s largest pilot training facilitators TNC Aviation is seeking to hire a Head of Pilot Training – Ground School to lead its pilot training program. The ideal candidate will be an Ex-Airline Pilot, ATPL Holder, or Ex-Defense Professional with strong experience in flight operations and pilot training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ground school training for aspiring pilots
- Guide students in exam preparation and career development
- Monitor student progress and implement improvement strategies
- Develop and update training materials in alignment with aviation regulations
- Represent TNC Aviation at industry events, seminars, and webinars
- Collaborate with airlines and aviation authorities to ensure training excellence
- Participate in marketing initiatives, workshops, and outreach programs
Key Requirements
- ATPL holder or Ex-Defense Pilot (preferred)
- Extensive experience in pilot training, ground instruction, and flight operations
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, operational procedures, and training methodologies
- Comfortable with technology-driven learning platforms
- Willingness to travel for industry events and seminars
