Flight Simulator Manufacturer MPS Partners with Logistics Provider Mundo International Logistics to Ensure Seamless Delivery of Device to Panama

In the world of aviation training, precision and reliability are essential. For MPS, a leading designer and manufacturer of flight simulation training equipment, transporting a high-tech flight simulator to Panama was a challenging mission.

This is where the forces of Mundo International Logistics and Fladderak came together, resulting in a seamless collaboration that brought the simulator to its destination safely and efficiently.

The perfect match: MPS, Fladderak and Mundo International Logistics

MPS is known for its advanced flight simulators and training tools for commercial pilots. When the question arose to transport a flight simulator to Panama, it was clear that precise planning and a high level of expertise would be necessary. Mundo International Logistics took the lead in this and took full responsibility, from collection in Groenekan to delivery to Copa Airlines in Panama.

Fladderak, designer and manufacturer of export packaging, based in Rotterdam, added a crucial link to this collaboration. Instead of packaging, Fladderak took care of road transport and transfer to flat racks. Fladderak’s expert team ensured the safe transport of the flight simulator by road and secure loading onto the flat racks for further shipment.

Professional transport of High-Tech Flight Simulator to Panama with Mundo International Logistics

Mundo International Logistics was at the helm of the entire transport process, from start to finish. With a well-oiled machine-like efficiency, Mundo not only arranged the transport from Groenekan to Panama, but also coordinated the complex air freight process. This included careful handling at the airports, customs formalities and all the logistical challenges associated with international transport.

Fladderaks tailor-made transport: protection at its best

A High-Tech Flight Simulator is not everyday cargo. It requires not only careful road transport, but also secure transfer to flat racks for further shipment. Fladderak took on this task and demonstrated expertise in safely transporting and loading the simulator, which contributed to a flawless delivery.

A flawless landing at Copa Airlines

The highlight of this collaboration was the flawless landing at Copa Airlines in Panama. The flight simulator, safely transported by road and carefully loaded by Fladderak, was delivered in time to train pilots in Copa Airlines’ modern facilities.

Conclusion: synergy in action

The collaboration between Mundo International Logistics, Fladderak, and MPS is an excellent example of how companies, each with their own specialty, can work together like a well-oiled machine.

MPS’s expertise in flight simulation, Mundo’s logistics strength, and Fladderak’s prowess in transportation and loading, together formed a perfect synergy to ensure that the flight simulator reached its destination safely and on time.

This successful collaboration not only emphasizes the importance of professionalism and craftsmanship in the business world, but also illustrates how companies can strengthen each other and overcome complex challenges by working together.

A true triumph of teamwork and dedication to excellence at every stage of the process.

Flight Simulator Manufacturer ALSIM Receives Order for 2 AL100i Simulators from Paragon Flight Training

France headquartered global flight simulator manufacturer ALSIM proudly announces that Paragon Flight Training, the prestigious US flight academy located in Florida, has purchased the first two brand-new AL100i simulators. These cutting-edge simulators will meet Paragon’s flight training requirements for the P100i.

The AL100i is the exact replica of the P100i, the successful trainer aircraft manufactured by Piper. The simulator will be designed to FTD 5 standard, offering a full-size cockpit replica, a semi-enclosed instructor station, an active electrical control loading, and a specific flight model based on aircraft flight characteristics. The AL100i will feature the immersive 3 projectors visual system for an unequaled 210×55° field of view. On top of this, the simulator will be equipped with the original G3X and GNX375 manufactured by Garmin, ensuring the same level of performance, features, and reliability as the aircraft, a world first for these avionics.

Mickael Herard, ALSIM’s Qualification & Product Manager, comments: “Thanks to 25 years of experience with Garmin avionic integration, our development team has successfully faced the challenge of interfacing the original G3X and GNX 375. This feature, in conjunction with an extremely accurate representation of the cockpit based on a 3D scan, contributes to offering the most realistic P100i simulator on the market. A special thanks to Piper Aircraft for their help in achieving this!

Chris Schoensee, President of Paragon Flight Training, explains his choice: “Paragon Flight Training is thrilled to be among the first flight schools in the world to utilize the new ALSIM P100i flight training device. The Piper P100i aircraft is positioned to be the dominant aircraft moving forward – and with our standardized fleet of P100i aircraft, it’s important we offer the highest caliber of flight training devices to complement our aircraft. Since we first took delivery of the aircraft two years ago, this device was the missing link that will allow Paragon’s students to partake in one of the most efficient and cost-effective student-centered learning experiences possible.

Jason Da Costa, Business development and ALSIM Sales Manager, adds: “It is an honor to be chosen by Paragon Flight Training as their flight training device provider. As one of the launch customers for the AL100i, we are extremely proud that such a recognized flight school with an outstanding training program will be able to further their curriculum with an ALSIM AL100i flight training device.

Flight Simulator Manufacturer Wright Brothers Flight Technology Introduces New B737 Instrument Procedure Trainer to Training Center

Netherlands based flight simulator manufacturer Wright Brothers Flight Technology (WBFT) which opened in 2022 its own simulator training center announced that it has added a new Instrument Procedure Trainer (IPT) for the B737 to the facility. This is in addition to the April 2024 upgrade to its Diamond Aircraft DA42 flight simulator now featuring enhanced visuals.

WBFT allows clients to book hours for professional training or the experience of flying their simulators such as Cessna 172, Diamond 40NG, Diamond 42, Airbus 320neo, and Boeing 737NG which are built and developed in WBFT’s warehouse in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.

In 2024 announced a new leasing program tailored specifically to the needs of smaller flight schools.

Our state-of-the-art certified flight simulators — C172, DA40, DA42, and P2006T — are now available for lease starting at just €2850 per month. This initiative comes in response to the increasing demand for accessible, high-quality training solutions. We understand that budget constraints can often restrict the growth and scaling of training operations of flight schools which have demand but do not have resources available. Our flexible leasing options are crafted to alleviate these constraints, enabling ATOs to expand their training capabilities without a hefty upfront investment. By launching this program, we prove once again our commitment to the pilot training industry and expect to increase our contribution to the safer skies.” shared Wright Brothers Flight Technology.
