Greek Flight School Expands Training Aircraft Fleet in June 2024

Skies Aviation Academy, a flight school based in Peraia, Greece, which celebrated end of last year its 10-year anniversary of operational excellence, added a Tecnam P2008 JC to its fleet in June 2024.

In December 2023 it announced a new offer for its EASA ATPL Course that started March 2024:

  • “Early Bird offer at €57500, making it the best deal of any EASA ATPL Integrated Course one can achieve in Europe at this time, with the provisions Skies Aviation Academy grant in its financial package. Deadline for the application is set on 31/12/2023.
  • In case you pass the Early Bird offer, total course cost comes up to €65000. However, another scholarship of 50% shall be awarded to the candidate who will achieve TOP performance at an online assessment that has been created for this reason. Condition for any candidate to claim the scholarship, is to be officially enrolled at the academy.”

Elixir Aircraft, a fast-growing training aircraft manufacturer headquartered in La Rochelle, France, is deploying two aircraft to EAA AirVenture, the world’s largest airshow, held in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States. A second 6,000 sq ft building will be handed over in August 2025, to continue reassembly and maintain a stock of spare parts for the US East Coast.

Moreover, to speed up deliveries, Elixir’s second site in La Rochelle is now opened in the city of Aytré for the production of OneShot composite parts. Elixir Aircraft now has 3 sites in Europe and America.
