UAE Aviation Training Academy Delivers First CBTA Training in the Region for Flight Dispatch Instructors and Examiners

Inpreparation for the upcoming2023syllabus update for the Flight Dispatch training bytheGCAA UAE, United Arab Emirates basedT3 Aviation Academy (one of the worlds leading airline pilot training academies) delivered the first CBTA trainingin the regionfor its Flight Dispatchinstructors and examiners.

The transition to a CBTA-focused syllabus comes with the industry’sincreasing need forcompetency-based skills as opposed to learningor academic-centric comprehension. This allows trainees to not only understanda specific area orspecialisationwithin their job function but also develop and have the capability to practically apply or exhibit the necessarycompetencies or skills in line with their profession.

In response to the same,T3 Aviation Academy has delivered an all-encompassing,comprehensive CBTA training to 15 instructors and examiners to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and training standardsrequired to provide CBTA Flight Dispatch training in line with the 2023syllabusupdate.
